Cela repr\u00e9sente environ une surface de 2600 m\u00b2 inutilis\u00e9e en plein centre-ville.<\/p>\n<p><strong>problem:<\/strong> cheap recycling<\/p>\n<p><strong>1w1p:<\/strong>Nous proposons comme r\u00e9habilitation une toile gonfl\u00e9e et maintenue en place par la structure industrielle existante. On envisagerait moins d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de chantier pour les travaux. Le programme est libre. Il s&#8217;agit de proposer un b\u00e2timent public polyvalent afin de recevoir l\u2019\u00e9lection de miss Chile ou bien une foire d\u2019art contemporain.
